Individual Support & Counseling
Whether it’s 1:1 Counseling/Coaching Sessions or Return-to-Work support for reintegrating after burnout or critical incidents, our sessions provide a confidential space for employees to address stress, anxiety, burnout, conflict, or personal challenges affecting their performance.

Group Interventions & Workshops
Through Group Interventions, we can address current challenges and specific skills employees need, which can be short-term interactive group sessions with the aim of immediate skill-building and relief through the provision of tools and techniques that can directly positively impact their wellbeing, such as but not limited to stress management where employees learn evidence-based techniques to cope with stress such as relaxation and breathing exercises; or team building and communication where we emphasize on enhancing collaboration, and conflict resolution to improve productivity; or building healthy relationships where employees learn about boundaries and ways to improve interpersonal relationships, reduce tension, and support mental wellbeing in both professional and personal spheres.

Preventive & Awareness Raising
Providing workplace programs designed to strengthen mental health awareness and support across all levels of an organization. This includes mental health awareness campaigns aimed at reducing stigma and encouraging employees to seek help early, as well as leadership training that equips managers with the skills to recognize early signs of burnout, provide effective support, and lead with empathy. In addition, I design and deliver peer support programs that train staff to provide basic psychosocial support to one another, fostering a healthier, more connected, and resilient workplace culture.
